We help you throughout the entire process so that even if you are a first time real estate investor you are working with an experienced team of professionals who know how to get you the best deal on a property that supports all of your goals.
I will personally help you find the deal, negotiate the offer, review the due diligence and inspection reports, close the deal and obtain the best financing. I’ve personally acquired over 200 units of multifamily real estate, everything from a 7 unit all the way up to a 100 unit apartment, so I will teach you from my “in the trenches” experience when it comes to closing deals.

Once you go under contract on your first deal, we definitely ramp up the communication to ensure you have everything you need.
